I love my Ring cameras - great video (day or night) that I can access instantly on my phone.  

For example typing ‘xym’ into your phone as a shortcut can instantly paste a four paragraph introductory letter into your messenger or email.

I've integrated automation for messaging and dynamic pricing, and taken all the necessary steps (that I'm aware of) to align with AirBnB's algorithm - Instant Book, flexible stay minimum and cancelation policy, building up 5 star reviews etc.

All I did was put up a fence and the problem was instantly solved.

We instantly loaned out a majority of our capital for a hard money lend and then we began to look at other options to obtain properties with little or no money down.

THis is a great tool to have... you can get instant answers immediately when chatting to somebody...

You can go to Godaddy and get your domain and the instant page which is really easy to use, you can put a few pics, links, etc. or get a full blown website.

Things are so expensive, and anything decent is instantly snatched up by a cash buyer (investor). 

There's also a Instant message function that can be used, and maybe if some valuable information gets talked about that can benefit the whole community, it can be posted later in a blog or on the forum...Just some suggestions... what does everyone think?
