Different expired listing-  i called this lady. she said she is going to sell it after the holidays. i called her about 6 times and she wouldnt answer, i sent her an email and she said she is clearly ignoring my phone calls and if i contact her again she is calling the cops on me.this has never happened to me, but for some reason it happened twice in one day.will anything withstand if i were to contact them again?

I figure people will be coming to town for the holidays and I'm capitalizing on the increased demand!

Not sure about the laws in your state but here in Florida with a 3 day notice you can't count the day you posted it, holidays or weekends.
