As indicated mine virtually always come in lower than I could sell the property for.Good luck I honestly don't feel this appraiser was very good either and I do not think they will change their appraisal.

I personally feel about 90% of the market is due for a major correction but I agree that these have a great chance of being at the forefront of that correction.

Beware of bedbugs getting on your clothes and you transferring them back to your own home- if you wear a haz mat type suit the renters will feel like something is wrong and feel very uncomfortable- but in some heavily infested situations it might be called for.

I suggest using their service as well so they don’t feel used at least for a project.
