Most are undesirable, some fare, none good in my opinion.Is it possible after reno work to target a better quality tenant demographic or is it in a D grade area.Why is the place paid off, you should be leveraged since this property would likely cash flow with 100% financing.

If they have a decent amount of properties under management, they'll be able to give you a very accurate rent estimate.Trulia is awesome for demographics: You can see crime, school ratings, percentage of home ownership, a lot of great information.
