I know here in Jacksonville, Fl the monthly rent allocations are very good for section 8 tenants.

Just go to your DASHBOARD, then click on EDIT PROFILE, and on the INVESTING TAB, you'll see that you can show how many deals you've completed, and how many you've got that are active.Ok well then since you just had to go ahead and add so many neat features I think I need to take some of my forum reading time and allocate it to web page exploration haha :PThanks!!!

I've found it really depends on your communication level with tenants and honestly just varies year to year based on the kids.Splitting utilities could change the NOI pretty easily especially if you live there it would be easy to allocate utilities to tenants.

If there's 20 parking spaces currently and in the lease it states a minimum of 5 spaces must be allocated to Jiffy Lube then it's probably fine.
