There is a MHP in my town for sale that looks as if every mobile home in it, is competing to see who can cook the most meth.what sucks is that its actually in a decent part of town.

I offered and essentially named my price because of that and had no problem walking away, and the seller actually ended up meeting me at my price which I feel like is a no-brainer deal.

I understand that property taxes in Illinois are a lot higher than you quote here (but that just may be Cook and Lake counties).

. - Due to the neighborhood protection ordinance Tenant was removed/locked out by me at our mayor's request on Monday July 20th.- Tenant's own attorney said instant eviction by the city is legal and she has no recourse. - Tenant gathered some items on the 20th, I’ve contacted her several times via Facebook about when she might be able to get the rest of   her stuff.

On the other hand, food prices declined 0.5% because of the lower costs for meat.
