Hi BP, I have been diving deep into the BRRRRR strategy the last few months.

The truth is this conversation goes much deeper than how to provide income.

You should chat with my business partner, @Michael Wardwell, he is great at diving in, determining your goals, and creating a game plan for you.

She bought it to live in, her health took a nose dive so she is in an assisted living facility now. 

With that in mind, I suggest digging deeper by studying the neighborhoods within the city to identify the areas with the most opportunity!

I’m learning as much as I can before diving into this.I have looked at several markets for VRs to see what people are charging and how booked they are.

So, perhaps with the town dwindling and the potential for the market diving 10 to 15 years down the road we would be better off flipping houses in Conrad?

But going back to the first house you had for $1500 keep your payment at $1500 and invest that extra $1000 you make and build assets... you have to live and spend on living so it’s better to buy a house but don’t buy a house that will stretch your finances that you dig yourself deeper in the hole.
