I’m just switching to TenantCloud now because I can customize the application questions (can’t do that on Cozy) and it has a texting app so I don’t have to give anyone my personal cell # either.

A mortgage broker would get you the best rate and terms for what you want and since they underwrite through FNMA (or other GSE) they can operate anywhere in the US.

General information like this is hard to find without reaching out to a broker but is there a way to just find it through some sort of portal without going to an agent or broker?

We have used two different ones and both have horrendous customer service, less than qualified contractors and inflated costs.
