I would just caution OOS flippers who think they can pay for this and make 10k a house flipping homes from afar.. locals sure.. always too sides to these things the blue sky and the overcast :)Totally agree.

Not sure on legality or if Section 8 even allows these type of additional charges in their agreement, but my lease states no guest longer than 7 consecutive days or total of 14 days in any 12-month period without prior written consent of landlord.

Hi All,I was able to find a seller that is looking to offload a whole portfolio in the Cincinnati area of multi family buildings (80 doors in total, 8 buildings from triplex to 25 units) it's all off market and all units look to be in good condition but dated (baths/kitchen) so great value add properties.I have NO experience with commercial buildings or Syndication of this proportions , he wants $7.5M for the whole portfolio.
