Definitely check the major items (i.e. roof, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.) as these can be big ticket items.

I submitted a ticket to them about some of the issues,  I was told they are working on it and the suggestion was to use the device browser in the mean time.

I'm not on disability, I've been living off of savings since getting sick from Covid, and ideally this would put me in a situatoin where I won't need to stress about money.Giving up a rent stabilized lease is giving up a golden ticket essentially, and if I were to stay in the city for the next several decades, I'd be spending hundreds of thousands-over a million more in rent were I to not have a stabilized lease.

before you even get this far you need to know why you're doing this.. if it is for quick money, you're going to be out of the game before you even get started. a few people get lucky and get a meal ticket quickly, but it takes perseverance to keep going. show a mentor that you're hungry for information and they'll keep feeding you all you can take.thoughts?

They "cannot find my user ID" and I now have to wait for a ticket to be resolved in order to access my own account information.I have been using State Farm for a couple of years on several homes that we have insured in Georgia.

I live in Yakima, Wa and pay around 675 for rent, where i live you can get a decent house for around 100,000 grand ( Starter home ) Im just finding out about this tax credit, and wondering if this could almost be my ticket to get a small house and own my house at the age of 22.
