In fact, I wish that 3 trillion dollars was spent keeping Americans alive...instead it was used to start a war that W thought could be ended in a year (remember "Mission Accomplished") but other GOP leaders now think will last 100 years or more...If W hadn't been so focused on his personal vendetta, he may have noticed that Iran was building multiple nuclear plants...clearly, if the newly revealed plant is almost complete, it's been under construction for several years now.Too bad W didn't bother to notice it, and now Obama needs to deal with it once it's almost complete...

Just as you could "repair" walls that have 100 Gigantic holes by placing cheap paneling over the holes, you could also repair it correctly with taped, textured and painted drywall/sheetrock.

My idea being, it creates more of an attachment to a rental because the tenant may have a long term committment to be there to plant, care or harvest there garden.
