So; I realize most of these threads on purchasing pre-FC properties are for investment purposes, but, I wanted your thoughts on utilizing this same strategy to buy a primary home.Live in So Cal where listed properties are going for far above asking prices, multiple bids per property within 24 hrs, etc......What are your thoughts on mailing to pre-FC homeowners, in the cities I am looking to move to and see if I can get in contract on one of those?

Hey Pedro,Mailing to absentee owners can be a great way to get leads, but also realize that every other wholesaler in your area is probably also marketing to the same list.

I realize that few people take calls without knowing who it is  anymore and I want to get a call back to either move forward or remove them from the list if they aren't interested.

I find 13 units very easy to manage currently but realize that there is a line somewhere that requires more help if you go up in unit count.

Finally after 4 hours at the IRS office and my wife and I exchanging emails and calls with them, they say underwriting  will accept my screenshot and that they didn't realize the screenshot of TurboTax said "accepted".
