My open floor plan house with somewhat modern features, hasn’t been more then two weeks vacant in five years.I noticed when looking at rentals, almost all needed paint, flooring, general cleaning and fences repaired.

With modern day tech, there's really no reason for landlords to have to pay a prop manager to simply collect rents.I think the only reason you should have a property manager in place is if you need constant repairs or have a tenant issue you don't wanna deal with such as an eviction or something along those lines.

But when I do launch my new website its purpose from my end is simply I guess more of a brag piece more than anything.. we have built some pretty cool housing tracks and some super neato Period homes in Charleston and moderns in Portland that I would like to showcase.. and other land developments we are doing and have an interest in.. that look great from google maps I love google maps.
