Mortgage lenders weight credit card use much lower on their modified version of the FICO score. 

@Kim R.I will have them do a paper application, and the background check online info is separate.Typically information you need on an application is more extensive then the info required on an online background check, which typically you only need SSN, DOB, name, and 1 or 2 former addresses I think that's all.In my application I would need to know how many vehicles, each vehicle's license plate number, how many pets - breed/weight/markings/age, who is their emergency contact, etc etc etc...and then I incorporate the completed application form as a component of the lease. 

So the quick answer for you would be: sell your 100k dead weight and buy three more of your $30k ones (assuming they are available).It would be interesting to me to hear more detail of your story on the $100K house.  

RVs are built to maximize low weight and aerodynamics for travel and the majority for short-term travel not long-term living.  

It will still be on blocks, but very well supported to hold the additional weight.  

Consistency... who will make more results in a gym... the person who lifts weights for 5 hours, 10 random times... or the person who only has 10 minutes a day but goes for a 10 minute jog, every single day, 7 days a week for six months?

@Scott WilliamsBiggest problem I have run into are those professional tenants who know that the NYC residency laws are all weighted in the favor or the tenant over the landlord.Was wondering if anyone had a positive experience in NYC offering the tenant a buy out.Going through the proper channels is a very expensive lesson in futility.

I'd prefer not to drywall the whole room, but I have a section of hardboard that's separated due to the weight of the roof debris that dropped into the attic.  

Do you think the span between the support posts will hold the weight properly or should I add an additional post in the center for support?
