One of my biggest questions is could I sell that second house on its own once it's built?

Some cities worth considering right now include Tampa, Charlotte, and Austin—all experiencing growth and increased demand for housing.

The other unit was occupied and she refused to leave or move to other unit. 

the appraisal should have considered the deficit and wether it was actually one on, like just sold, housing.  

Nobody wants a 1 bathroom house, neither to rent nor to buy.

My goals with BiggerPockets is to learn about real estate investing and network, my wife and I would like to purchase our first house in the next 6 months.

I would love to hear insights from people who are doing higher marketing volumes and what high level strategies are working (I know you can't reveal all your tricks).The truth of the matter, is that since real estate investing and picking up houses for pennies on the dollar, now requires no money (except to pay the guy selling the program), no experience necessary and is guaranteed to make you rich, with little effort and no risk or problems, with immediate results, that now everybody is doing it.  ;-)

Just waiting on one of my houses to sell.
