I wouldn't rush to get them out, especially this time of year, renting over the holidays is tough.

Three years ago today I was sitting under the fluorescent lights in my cubicle, enjoying a slow week of work because of the holiday, and I googled a question about zoning for one of my properties.Then this MAGICAL thing happened to me, a link for BP came up.  

@Marian Smith plus, you are getting close to the holidays if you end having to go through the whole eviction thing in October, not the nest time of year for a vacancy.

If you host, you're in the hospitality business and there are different risks involved.However, you could house your family and friends there over the holidays!

We ended up in Holiday Hills.

I've stayed at several cabins/houses in Big Bear as an Air bnb customer and it seems like most have no problem booking solid through the summer and winter holidays and ski season.  

This was my first Holiday season since undertaking this Real Estate adventure.

On the other hand, she has put me in a bad position where I not only have to juggle moving and the upcoming holidays, but now I also have to interview applicants and show the apartment.There has to be some middle ground between total aggravation (housing court) and doormat (waiving the penalties) but I'm not seeing it.
