All of my current properties are heavily weighted towards the one bedrooms and I like it that way.

This assumption implies that rent will rise faster than expenses and that's certainly not guaranteed.Whether this is a good deal or not depends on your goals.

Totally normal.Here's the thing....Higher cap rate deals are typically perceived as being high risk, which means that when you invest in a high risk deal, you want your money to come back to you faster to reduce your exposure, right?

Like@Ned Carey was saying, use your age as an advantage - more up to date with technology, hungry, faster, etc.

I think I have a chance on saving money a whole lot faster.

Those spaces are able to be filled much faster.

As we get more experience under our belt, though, we may utilize leverage conservatively to grow our portfolio faster.
