How do you get that to display so proper acknowledgement is given to the party you are replying to.I hope this is not a silly question but I just want to practice proper technique while on BP.Thanks

This is bad for the public and bad for realtors.From a game theory perspective we need to disincentive this behavior somehow or do a better job rewarding good behavior in more sophisticated agents who are competently taking on the role of adviser to their clients, beyond the cycle of market corrections over time. 

What drives renter behavior? 

If the Renters overloaded an outlet while displaying holiday lights and this a causes a fire it should be covered under their policy.  

This leads untrained and unprofessional people lying directly to sellers not taking into account they are messing with peoples lives......they are basing their whole business model on unethical behavior.

Because when it comes to the dollar and greed sets in there is no such thing as ethical behavior.
