I'm noticing Airbnb is very popular here in Dallas, and a lot of people I connect with now are talking about how they room in Airbnb's due to the rising cost of rents.Is it okay if I shoot you a colleague request?

I am really sad to hear this because i was very sold that i might have found something solid to change my future and possibly my family tree.I hope its not true, does anyone know if this is a legit business?

It honestly feels like the agents with the silver sales tongues get the most business not necessarily the ones that help you buy the best property. 

You will get hassled at customs if you  are travelling frequently, as they deem this as doing business and may require you to get one.  

A lot of people as well as my clients would definitely agree some of them flip properties and some keep them and rent them out and some people do both.
