I have rough credit because I owned a live event business that died during covid. need cash to facilitate stage two of my life but can't get a conventional loan to save my life ANY SUGGESTIONS ? 

It seems excessive at this stage and some redundant.

Followed of course by mentioning "Rich Dad Poor Dad", as a lot of you have already credited as a great book to get you going, no matter what stage of the game you're in.

We have keys so we can arrange access and the liability is limited because we use our staff for maintenance. 

Have it staged nicely with nice linens, good pillows etc.

That was my thinking as well, I personally wouldn't want to purchase a home with a pool at this stage in life but certain buyers with children might pay a premium for the property.  

Second @Nicholas AiolaHe may not be able to get your turned around by the deadline at this stage (extension might be required), but I'd still add him to your short list.
