@Michelle BulichBuy it, have the guys from ghost adventures film an episode, it's a real TV show(stupid, but a real show) and the market the sh$t out of the house as a haunted bed and breakfast, there is a market for that kind of thing.

If your idea of owning real estate is the infomercials you have seen at 3am on tv, then you're not ready.
