I always laugh at the term "slumlord", (BTW, I am slumlord*** -my real first name---on another non REI website) because it was once jokingly applied to me, by a good friend.

The website that gives you the accreditation also says they will help you market yourself and all that other hoopla.

I am talking about without using mls, foreclosure websites etc.

I have seen my website traffic increase, but it is still only a couple dozen "unique" visitors per day with 0 usable leads.

We're still an emerging co. so no website as of yet, but we're working on that.

As a result of your postings here and emails to the SPAMMER's host, if you take a look, you'll see that the host has suspended the account and the website is no longer active!
