I have called LAHD (Los Angeles Housing Department), and they have no idea, apparently no one has seen this scenario, or they are just incompetent. 

I see real estate agents try to invest in real estate, fail, and then poo-poo the whole idea.

Maybe you're a crazy BP newb who has no idea what's going on and he'll expose you.

Ask specific questions, this is your property and you have a right to know what is going on.If he still does not respond, then I think you have to at least call an attorney and make sure that you are proceeding legally (for your state).I would bet @Nathan Gesner would have some ideas on this.....Good luck!

NathanHey Nathan,A lot of the private/Hard money lenders that I work with do not require that, so depending on your strategy it shouldn't be an issue.That sounds like great idea though, it could set you up nicely to hopefully save up for a good primary residence.Would love to connect and talk through the strategies financially if you are interested!

Bridging people during this time of severe impairment in my opinion is a good idea regardless of this being a physically evident disability.
