I always have a very hard time looking at the population dynamics in some of cities that had a “former glory” because — unfairly — I do think there’s some degree of Detroitish risk.

You can usually do at least a visual inspection of the exterior.

I thought the UX and interface was super easy though and I really liked the data visualizations, but some of the features are only applicable to entire house rentals and not shared rooms which is a bummer.

I will take the 800 a year franchise tax fee as the cost of doing business and living in such a dynamic state.

Again, the group was small since many were on vacation but the dynamic was different.

Now if there are no visual signs and the home inspector says its fine, I wouldn't go any further with it.
