If you're looking for cashflow and aren't going to be upset when your house isn't taken care of, but are able to keep it safe and livable for your tenets than I could see Pottstown being a solid C- rental market.

Great place to vacation and I could afford to buy in the coastal towns but it makes no sense after you factor in ever increasing taxes and regulation (too get worse unless Cox pulls off an upset), Pro-tenant laws, hypocritical politics, very low cap rates, Mello-Roos, gas taxes, SALT cap deduction effects, etc.

I gotta say though, there are worse ways to spend one's time than being a young man and pizzing away a few thousand dollars.I would hate to see my children waste whatever small inheritance I leave them, but I wouldn't be too upset to see them spend some of it foolishly if it puts even a temporary Cheshire Cat smile on their faces.
