Some crowdfunding platforms end up really not knowing who or what you are investing inThere are also many different types of crowdfunding.

You want to make sure that your property type and location is suited to the type of travelers coming to your area so that you market it appropriately, price it appropriately and can be competitive. 

Next narrow down the type of investments you want to do, Fix n Flip, Single Family buy and hold, AirBnB, small multifamily, 10-50 unit multi family, larger multifamily etc.. 

Also, it is very cool you've got to host so many different types of guests and actually enjoy the experience.

Including, but not limited to, contractors, lenders, wholesalers, potential sellers, potential buyers, attorneys, title company, inspectors (all types!)
