Hey @Tom Dieringer, there is a ton and at the same time, not much at all.It really depends on the market you are in.

Smaller SFH = less maintenance , there are lots of single looking for a place to live .

When I'm driving and see a property I may be interested in learning more about, I text myself the address or a picture.
