Those that have to sell are left with the few buyers that are left who expect significant discounts.For non performing notes, I think we'll see the main deals in the next few months to a year come from mortgage note funds that buy performing notes or MBS and use leverage to amplify returns.

We're all impatient to see things get done but they will figure this out in the next couple of months.Unemployment benefits and other government attempts to help will also kick in over the next few months.When people start going back to work, that will also help prevent defaults or let people get caught up and that will happen without any further government involvement except for letting people go back to work.

If you are more than 85 feet from the street, since the guys know where the blockage is, maybe it would be wiser to dig between 85 to 95 feet out to see the condition of the pipe.

These rules are going to end up destroying property values in these states, it is a very sad experience to see the amount of socialistic attacks from people in the states right now, especially on the coasts.
