It is possible they have a anti scam policy.

HOWEVER, there is a ~scam such that they let it foreclose or go to a tax salethen redeem and buy out the buyer for a cheaper number.This is only possible where a Right to Redeem is available.

There are a number of scams that will request an upfront payment, and then disappear.

But i am not sure if this company is a scam or not. i tried to check it online but couldn't find anything wrong with it.

After reading some posts here, and seeing first hand during many-a-consultation the amount of money people are bilked out of by SEO scam artists and site builders who knowingly have no clue what they're doing, I'm going to post a few things to keep in mind.Nobody knows how Google worksFirst, and a very important foremost, I have no clue what Google does. 

I have no idea why con artists pick on real estate deals as much as they do, I guess it's the easy pickings among the public playing on people's greed while fleecing them.I'd change the title to this thread, the "Art of The Scam". 

ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUDthis simply does not exist int he lending world.. only people that fall for this are naive and or just want to believe  or they simply don't know better.The other good one is buying an insurance policy from a company in bangkok  more exotic I guess lures people into these things.. they will steal your identity and take small dollars from you until you figure out you been duped..
