- When you purchase, do you just CURE the outstanding lien and it becomes your property?

Hey @Gerardo Ali,Not too sure if you are still on the lender search, but there are lenders out there that are Nationwide and specialize in only investment property financing.

They made a rent payment a week before the court date, which brought the outstanding balance down to $1856.
