How is the market for SFH or condos in cape coral now?

Are you seeing more investors stepping in to the Detroit market ?

It seems like ATL has great metrics and market fundamentals.

I've done this before but this is the 1st time where I have an on market & the agent & my buyer are the only ones that are going to be at the property together.

I haven't been able to find any events or active Facebook groups in Cedar Rapids.I would love to connect with other investors and gain some insights into the Cedar Rapids market.

Lowes--lets talk Lowes for a minute--if you order about $2500 at a time you can get great discounts but you need to go through the PRO reps (this is relatively new as they are aggressively going after the pro market). 

Due to complications in due diligence (seller financials), the only way that it makes sense for us is if we can assume the current debt, because it is below market rate, already underwritten etc.

---------------------Let’s say I know of an industrial property with a few tenants that is negatively cash flowing due to a combination of mismanagement and below market rents.

@Heather Loyal  that's too bad I was hoping for expansion and more platforms competing but for owners they don't have much info online.
