My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

My recent post in this thread references lawyers you can call.I’m not naysaying, but a 3 to 5-year loan is unusually long for hard money and a bit risky.

You forgot to put your state in your profile or your post so people would know if you are in a community property state or how much it will cost you to transfer ownership from your wife to your LLC.

No problem at all, I was not directly soliciting but I guess in one post you say you have $65k and in another you say you have $4M and always trying to reach 4-5k more in retirement but also need that much for "emergency funds"?
