Look into Cleveland, its got good cashflow potential with appreciation happening as well.Looking for appreciation come to Columbus, there are still 1% deals, but the more attractive part is the population growth and other economic drivers!

Location knowledge is important especially if the "driver" knows people and networks with people there.

Best of luck I think it's a super idea and when on the road, the driver could park his car there until he returns, switching. so basically renting out a parking spot.  

This is the main driver for most of the big event cancellations.

If your drivers license doesn’t say the new address, if you’re not paying owner occupied property taxes, if the insurance is landlord or renter policy instead of owner occupant.

Not going to appreciate very much but it will be a solid income driver for quite some time.

Keep in mind, I would have the land tied up and be in the drivers seat.   

The hospital is a major driver in the area and the tenants you'd get who give you too much hassle.
