If you're slow and you don't know how to quickly evaluate a deal, you're going to have a hard time finding any level success.There are also a number of other things going on in the market that effect it -but that's normal economic behavior - it goes up, goes down, things happen and the market swings.

They are more open to discuss details about a tenant's behavior or the amount of repairs that were needed upon move out.I feel like I should be somewhat guarded when I get calls as the current landlord, as if a more revealing answer could come back to bite me...I answer truthfully, but try to keep things short.

IF she is not technically on the lease, and is not a family member of the person on the lease, then she technically does not have a right to live there.Either the gentlemen needs to get her to leave, as her behavior as his "guest" is jeopardizing his adherence to the lease, or you can request her to leave and then move on to more forceful actions given her lack of legal standing.That is my opinion, again check with a lawyer/local laws just to make sure.

**So the folks Russel is describing will quote the cheapest title/escrow fees that actually exist in the entire state, even if it's a call center title company in India that no one in their right mind would actually use (and this **is** a call center / internet lender and not a local, so this behavior is consistent on paper).

Give you the wherewithal to pursue and achieve your long-term goalsMany investors start off "too hot", and they either overdevelop their first property or they spend their money too fast - either of these behavior will stop you dead in your tracks, and you probably won't even be able to achieve your short-term goals - and you certainly won't have the resources to pursue your long-term goals.
