The deeper I get into real estate the more important I realize it is to make sure things are done properly. 

Palm Beach County still seems to be quite competitive but I believe deals are still out there you just have to dig deeper and get creative to find them.  

I would definitely dig deeper into it rather than just assume it's too good to be true.This could potentially be a grand slam deal so I would start doing further due diligence. 

I'll dive deeper into the title search results this evening to ensure that there are no additional mortgages that would not have been cleared at foreclosure (e.g. senior lien to the foreclosed note).Biggest unknown right now is figuring out how to get the documents properly drawn up and recorded.

There are deals out there you just have to look a little harder, dig a little deeper and network with other investors.  

I've delved in and it's not that hard nor intimidating... to me...

As I dug deeper, it sure made sense to first build confidence by learning as much as I can.

The property was listed for such a long time without any takers, that I dug deeper to find out why and I think that's it.
