@Curtis YoderI'm not worried about them not actually moving; the people living there are the son of the owner (who is also the executor of the owner's estate) and his wife and their child or there being title issues, like I said to Mindy, I'm just worried about being out $1000 if they breach contract or I can't find a buyer.

Having a child with special needs would be a challenge that most of us don't face and I have sympathy for that, no question.

You could have just asked for for my 1099s or to clarify something but since you're too much of a man child then I won't bother with you.

Or move to a place where it is suitable for your child since health is a concern.
