Sorry to hear the recession took a big hit on you, but it's great to hear how you're bouncing back with a different approach.

Now I feel like prices here have bounced so much (we are at new record highs in the Denver Metro area) that it is time to slow down on the acquisition side and optimize the operations.  

It took about 10 years to bounce back from that, but the ability to SELL is what got me there to begin with, and what got me back ahead after losing everything.Why are you struggling?
