Most, if not all of the property management software's out there have a built in FREE back-round checker, that they integrated in through companies like Checkr.

When looking, if I were to grow, I would want the most integration into my accounting software, so that I am not having to pull a report from say Cozy and then manually input into Quickbooks.A friend of mine has been using Appfolio now for a year (he has about 120 units) and has been loving it. 

Then he can pay you with your phone number or email address, then give him the info and cross your fingers that he has integrity if he closes...

As far as working with a time management system, they integrate with some but I like to manually put them in honestly.
