I wonder how a room rental tenant with a service dog/emotional support animal would be handled?

Our goal is to remove the emotion from the deal and analyze the data.

If a property owner is unable to manage this lower-priced, less professional contractor and communicate effectively with him/her, then the total cost (financial, emotional, psychological, lost time due to inefficiency, etc.) of the project can be astronomical.

Hi Michelle, let your business mind take over, I think because you lived in this house you got emotions attached to it and that is where you are operating from.

For me it filters out people seeking temporary housing, such as a place to rent while their new house finishes construction or a place to live while they find a house to buy after relocating. 

(I.e. getting permits, obtaining temporary power, getting estimates, etc) Hence, this is my 1st rehab SFH, I wanted to do rehab alone with family-help to minimize expenses.

@Stuart Grazier I’m in the military and am actually going on temporary duty this new year.
