Does any successful investor put any weight into the idea of the power of intention?

I believe a good CPA is worth their weight in gold. 

Debbie, the severely obese tenant who stopped paying 3 months before moving out, broke the toilet seat with her weight, and then filed a lawsuit about the broken toilet seat thought she was the best tenant in the world.Every bad tenant I have ever ran across think they are the best tenant in the world. 

Of course, self-management seems easy when everything goes well, but when everything falls apart, a good PM is worth their weight in gold.

We are hoping that this means the income approach is a little bit more heavily weighted for appraisal purposes. 

I wouldn't put too much weight into someone else's opinion unless they were living my dream.  

The type of person who is on Section 8 is the type of person who is a lazy leech who refuses to carry their own weight through life.

So, although it is likely a good thing to know/keep in mind, I wouldn't put too much weight on it when making your decision.Again, don't hesitate to reach out!

Reading and studying is great to get started, but ultimately you'll need the right connections which will be worth their weight in gold if you find the right people or cost you if you work with the wrong people in this industry.
