@Jessica WoodCrowdsteet is a platform that lists syndication opportunities but they also do a lot of due dillegence on syndicators as well .

Normally tapping into your network of fellow investors will help you get an idea of who is legit or not. 

My suggestion would be to continue to further your education and build more knowledge before deciding one thing or the other.Listen to Podcasts, Read blogs, forums, books and/or book time with more experienced people on the platform to discuss/clarify questions you might have. 

@Zach Bollman , you can get around that with syndication funds and/or crowdfunding platforms.

I have some other podcast I will inbox you so you can better educate those who come to your media platforms for regular home buyers and even investors as we invest across the country each bigger pockets member.

This is probably not the best platform to discuss hotel investing.  

I suppose any offer would need to be contingent on obtaining financing......which may not seem like a firm/legit offer to the seller(s).Many thanks and successes to both of you for the mentoring!!! 

If you want to keep track of all your accounting and save time at tax time you might consider a full platform too.
