Some house hackers are okay with breaking even in the short term but the plan is to make some improvements to the property to get some cash flow in the long run.

Almost all of the housing stock is 100+ years old so you're probably never going to see a home that is free of lead paint.

Hello am new here am nate and purest of rookie.. got nothing in my back got some dedt that can't seem to pay off car is falling apart.. and still live with parents.. still have this drive to buy a house and just rent it out or do the FHA loan.

Would I vote for policies that I think hurt tenants and limit housing supply?
