It was fun and exciting, but then turned out to be like the hot girl in school that only likes you for your car.

There have been people on the BP podcast, like Clayton Morris, who have since been accused by BP users of major fraud.

I was answering the girl's question.

QUESTION: did you pull a 3 bureau credit report on this girl before you entered into a lease with her or because she seemed like such a nice person and/or was very pretty, you didn't require one?

Out of the three one looked really good on paper and I really liked her (a single girl the first one to apply).

There was a 12-year-old girl at the campfire that asked me more questions than most of my friends and family:  Why don't people fix up their own properties instead of selling them at a discount?  

For the record, most Girl Scouts now take credit cards with no extra charge.

I just assume do that in Vegas with a cocktail in my hand and a several hot dancing girls in the room.I do my research, my DD, and my market analysis to find a specific area/market that gives me a strong inside position to reap some future rewards in both time appreciation, forced appreciation, and combine both of thse with leverage for maximum profits.

My intent for this posting was to affirm that the charges I'm seeing is the norm, not to make false accusations.

But the girls in bikini's sure made up for it.
