Best to buy term life insurance in stages. 1 30 year policy when you start your career out, then another 20-30 year term per big investment you make.

Any particularly creative (and mutually-beneficial) arrangements I should think of?

Hey investors its me again, the last time i reached out to the bigger pockets community i was in search of some type of guidance/motivation but now i'm past that stage and obtained all the sufficient knowledge i need to be successful in this business !!!

As an investor, would you ever consider this type of arrangement?

I'm in SF and am looking to arrange some meet-ups. 

Not perfect, but at least enough cups and plates and silverware.If you think that is an acceptable arrangement for guests, you should really not get involved in STR's at all.

We are also in the beginning stages and have spent so much time reading books, forums, and listening to podcasts so understand the "rabbit hole". 

Those guys are always looking for a better living arrangement.
