I bought mine in 2001 and my cash flow number is great. so there is not an average or above average cash flow per se. in core areas such as Bellevue, Queen Anne, capitol hill you get highest rent but you also pay a lot more for the property so your cash flow is negative unless you pay a lot for down payment.

Immigrated to USA 9 years back (when I was 19 yrs old) with no money, got my engineering degree with no loans and became permanent resident, bought a car free & clear, saved up cash reserves, grew knowledge in RE, and have started out buying rentals.I am in the process of buying my first rental in the queen city Charlotte.

Dominic Balconi I think it's probably the same amount of people that "like" owning a Dairy Queen, dry-cleaning business, etc.

. $60,000 to $100,000 per year and you can live like a king/queen here and many other parts of US and the world.And, something many people don't consider is how much less things costs when you have flexibility of time.
