I have a colleague from my national guard unit who purchased his first 4-bed house at age 20 and rented out 3 bedrooms for enough to make his payment and cover all expenses, plus a little profit for himself while he attends college.

@Zack RederUnlike with agency debt that is pretty similar from lender to lender; small multifamily lending differs greatly from institution to institution.
