If you aren't licensed yourself, you won't find completely updated and correct info on the public internet websites like Zillow and Trulia etc.

In a Series LLC, this is required.Each cell accounts for its operations.Then you will have "Consolidated Statements" of the parent company or affiliates, how your companies are set up then matters.

For me the biggest problem selling on the internet (yes raising money is selling money) is that you are reduced to the lowest denominator.

Growth is due to internet companies and insurance agencies moving in.

I'd love to hear all suggestions be it locations or where to search on the internet. 

I can get full Goodman systems on the internet for about $2k each so I don't know where the other 3k for parts is.
