Chicago BP'er George Foster recently posted an inspiring note acknowledging and thanking Brie Schmidt for her contribution to his success and it gave me an idea: Why not start a "Thankful" roll call where we recognize those who have helped us (or in my case are helping me) along the way?

George, might partner with others, you provide the money, not as a lender but inside the company, you can have interest owed by the company and share profits.

@Steve SchneiderPick-up a copy of Steven Cohen and George Dube's "Legal, Tax and Accounting Strategies for the Canadian Real Estate Investor" so you will be better equipped to ask the right questions of your accountant and attorney.There is no single correct answer.

Hi George,I've been through this just a year ago, here's my insight.The sec. deposit is factored into the HUD statement at closing.
