I understand some say that “hands-on” experience in BRRRR is the best way of learning but would starting off with a turnkey be beneficial to learning as well before diving 100% into my second deal (or my first BRRRR deal that I do on my own).

Hey Guys,I’m 25 years old and new to the Real Estate game and was just offered a great way to dive right into a great potential first investment.

I am currently in the process of digging deeper and gaining knowledge in Buy/Hold real estate.

With choosing the right firm and diving in, I have earned way more than teaching.;) .

When I found out what he was doing i started to dig deeper and share the knowledge that I have in the business even though I don’t have the experience and he immediately realized that we could help each other and he offered to help manage anything that I purchase in that area in regards to dealing with tenants and collecting rents.

So, what are your thoughts on diving into REI with existing debt? 

I just decided that this is what I was going to do and when they handed me the keys there really was no other way to go but to dive right in and figure it out. 

Utilize BP by reading as many blogs as possible and also diving into the forums!

I'll definitely keep this in mind before diving into the first deal.
