To get more information I would speak to a local company that replaces or relines sewer laterals from the house to the sewer and they should be able to tell you from their experience which municipality does what.I am having interior drain tile put in on my personal residence in a couple days.

There is usually a clause when I worked for developers that we put in the lease stating that the tenants would have to leave in XX days notice if there was a buyout on the property.

Now figure the realtors 6% thats close to another 5k off. puts you down to 76 ish.. this doesnt even include closing fees and the previous years taxes.1st thing I try to put in my numbers is 10% off the top because thats at minimum what it will take to sell.Does that help at all?

SUCH PROVISION MAINLY PROTECTS YOU, FOR EXAMPLE IF THERE ARE LIENS AND THE BANK DOESN'T WANT TO PAY THEM, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY THEM"If I were to believe such intent, than he is trying to say the price I put in the contract is "ALL INCLUSIVE" and will not pay any additional cost whatsoever...which does not make sense either, I am sure if I order an inspection, have the property surveyed, do an appraisal, have my attorney review and look at the title work etc...I will have to pay extra.
